Rental Policies Thank you for visiting our web site, if you are interested in renting one of our fabulous exotic cars, we suggest you browse through our rental policies. Should you have any questions, please contact us so we may assist you. Rental Requirements - Must have a valid drivers license - Must be 21 years or older (25 for certian vehicles) - Must have a major credit card in your name. - Must carry full coverage automotive insurance that is transferable to the vehicle. Rental Period One 24 hour period constitutes a rental day. We offer a 30min grace period for returns, before late charges apply. At the time of rental At the time of rental, you must have with you a Driver's License, insurance card and a credit card which you reserved your rental with. Private Drivers For those of you that would like to sit back and enjoy the sights, we we arrange a private driver at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information. Cancellation Policy Depending on the rental dates, such as holidays, weekends and peak rental days, our cancellation policy may differ. (1.) Our standard cancellation policy has a 72 notice. A reservation must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the original pick-up or delivery date in order not be charged 100% of the rental charges. (2.) During peak rental dates (rentals that land on weekends, holidays, and other dates where larger events are in town), the rental fee would be charged at the time of reservation and is non-refundable, but if plans change, the rental fee can be applied for future use. Additional Drivers Additional drivers are allowed, as long as they meet the same requirements as the primary renter. There is no charge for additional drivers. Vehicle Delivery We can deliver the vehicle anywhere in the Las Vegas area for your convenience. However, if the delivery is outside a five mile radius from our office, there is a delivery charge. Driving Area Restrictions We do allow our vehicles to be driven anywhere in the United States, however certain restrictions apply, please notify us if you plan on driving the vehicle outside Nevada. Customers must have written authorization from Las Vegas Exotic Car Rentals.. Airport Pickup/Drop-off We offer airport pickup and drop-off service to the surrounding Las Vegas airports. Smoking Policy For the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge may apply if this policy is violated. Off-Roading No matter which vehicle is rented, all renters must agree that they will not use the vehicle for off-roading, drive it on a racetrack or be involved in any illegal exhibitions of speed. Payment Methods Las Vegas Exotic Car Rentals accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Master Card, AMEX or Discover Special Equipment Should you need any equipment such as Navigation, child-seats, phone chargers, etc.. Please contact us and we would be happy to accommodate you. Production Use Additional photos are available of all our vehicles, for production consideration.
